Pause with Panda is a screen-less, emotional support tool that teaches children to pause, identify and respond to their thoughts and feelings. Through brief, audible exercises called "Pauses", children learn to become responsive rather than reactive to how they feel. Panda syncs with an adult facing app that lets an adult customize the content stored on Panda according to a child's unique needs and age. Adults can even record their own "Pause" to be stored on Panda.
