What a fantastic way to convey to children that thinking creatively is ok and should be celebrated. I have a second grade student that has problems staying on task, but I always remind myself of his potential and ability to synthesize information into a drawing or make believe story. This book reminds me of him. I thoroughly enjoyed the fact that the author has taken on this topic directly, with a great story to go with it.
