I started my career as a professional musician. I was a music major in college and I studied orchestration with a Pulitzer Prize winner. I am an American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP) member and I have two kids who love this piano. It's a fun learning system for 3 - 6 year olds. It is very well made, plays in tune, and benefits children in a variety of ways including coordination, self-esteem, spatial cognitive development, and concentration. It develops creativity and many studies have proven that children who play a musical instrument do better in school, particularly in math. I keep mine within arms reach for plunking every now and then and will use it on recordings.
